Manager of Compliance Operations

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and overseeing a team of compliance personnel. The position involves auditing, implementing processes, and supporting external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Extensive knowledge of Medicaid and/audit or compliance experience
• Two to four years of prior leadership experience
• Experience implementing policies and procedures
• Experience managing a team within a healthcare environment
• Extensive knowledge of Billing and Coding (preferred)
