Job Description
Freeform is a software-defined, autonomous metal 3D printing factory deploying technology to scale 3D printing. They are seeking an Additive Manufacturing Development Engineer to play a key role in the development of their metal 3D printing technology, focusing on machine functionality, part quality analysis, and printing file preparation. The role involves owning projects from concept to completion, leveraging a first-principles mindset and technical insights.
Requirements
- Understand printing system capabilities and roadmap.
- Drive all stages of print production development (DFAM, file preparation, printing, post processing).
- Analyze in-situ data and post-print part quality.
- Document application requirements and objectives.
