Job Description
Freeform is developing autonomous metal 3D printing factories to bring the scalability of software production to physical manufacturing. They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 to support the scaling of production, from machining to tooling development. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy solving challenging problems.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering from an ABET accredited university or college
- Hands on manufacturing or build experience from internships or engineering clubs
- Experience working with hand tools, machinery, or complex hardware assembly
