Job Description
Escrow.com is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management for enterprise clients. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to global businesses operating in complex financial environments.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success.
- Proven ability to manage highly custom onboarding programs for SMB/Mid-Market clients.
- Exceptional relationship management and strategic consulting skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align complex organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
