Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for delivering a positive patient experience by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient registrations, and other activities to create a safe and positive environment.

Requirements

• Greet all customers, patients, vendors, and other visitors to the facility.
• Answer patient questions and aid and directions when necessary.
• Register patients and ensure documentation and forms are compliant with state and federal regulatory activities.
• Collect payments and print receipts for patients.
• Count and balance cash drawer.
• Utilize medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for patients.
• Verify eligibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
