Leasing Professional

Leasing Professional responsible for showing and leasing apartments, communicating with prospective residents, and developing resident relations. Bilingual speakers preferred.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to generate reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public.
