Staff Development Scientist

Freenome is seeking a Staff Development Scientist to join their Genomics Development team. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert in end-to-end product development for Genomic workflows and contribute to Freenome's multiomic product portfolio.

Requirements

• Provide expertise in prototype evaluation, design, development, and subsequent transfer of NGS-based methodologies and assays
• Influence product design, IP, and business strategy by providing sound technical input
• Ensure Design Control framework is adopted and implemented through the Product Development life cycle
• Lead multiple projects/programs simultaneously
• Implement ideas or process improvements with a significant impact on Freenome's technology platform and the business
• Serves as a thought partner for internal and external stakeholders and be called upon as a technical subject matter expert
