Job Description
Freenow is seeking a Senior UX Writer to collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers on crafting clear, impactful, and brand-aligned writing for Freenow’s rider app. The role involves creating content for existing and new features, contributing to UX strategy, driving design initiatives, and ensuring content adheres to accessibility and inclusivity standards. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, collaborative, and committed to user-centered design.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX writing, Content Design or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects written in English
- Understanding of UX design principles and familiarity with Figma
- Solid understanding of the design process and user insights
- Solid presentation skills and storytelling skills
- Comfortable defining your own priorities
