Chief Boiler Engineer

As Chief Boiler Engineer, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of the waste heat boiler and multiple smaller gas fired boilers in metallurgical copper smelting facility, and lead and manage the waste heat boiler engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline
• Seven (7) years of experience in boiler engineering, operation and maintenance, including lead or supervisory experience
• Extensive knowledge of waste heat boiler, pressure vessels, and their operation in metallurgical processes
• Familiarity with non-destructive testing, welding techniques, welding codes and standards (ASME, AWS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial environment
