Sales Representative (Sales, Customer Service)

Confie is a leading insurance broker seeking a Sales Representative to join its team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to sell nonstandard auto insurance and grow earnings with additional products. The role involves building relationships with customers, soliciting new business, and providing guidance to help them choose the right insurance product.

Requirements

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
