Customs Entry Writer

This is a full-time position for a Customs Entry Writer to work for a global logistics and supply chain leader. The role involves preparing documentation for customs clearance, managing accounts and providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment. Experience working in the Freight Forwarding industry and a valid US Visa are required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of international import transportation
• Knowledge of US Customs and Border Protection (Customs)
• Valid US Visa
• Experience in Customs Entries within the Freight Forwarding industry
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of US Customs and AIA guidelines
• Ability to work with Government agencies
• Working with the CBP (Custom Border Protection)
• Payment reconciliation and invoicing
• ISF Filing (import security filing)
