Cargowise is seeking an Ocean Import or Export Coordinator to handle ocean cargo imports and exports. The role involves preparing documentation, arranging shipping, ensuring compliance, and providing customer service. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US. Experience in International freight forwarding logistics is essential.

Requirements

• Handle day-to-day ocean import or export shipments.
• Pre-alert agent and shipper; organize and prepare documentation for customers.
• Ensure all required documents are received and sent.
• Arrangements for pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading.
• Customer service updates with tracking cargo.
• Setup billing and payables.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
