Operations Manager - International Air & Ocean

A Customs Brokerage Manager is being sought to join a growing company with a Global footprint in the Freight Forwarding Industry. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of international cargo operations, including door-to-door services, and requires expertise in customs compliance and regulatory procedures, especially for OOG and heavy lift.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of international sea and air freight operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-modal shipments.
• Deep understanding of the supply chain and the impact of shipping regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
