High School Math Teacher (25-26 SY)

Freire Schools is seeking a High School Math Teacher to work at Freire Charter School Wilmington in Wilmington, DE. The teacher will create a classroom culture of critical thinking, rigorous learning, and high achievement for all students. The ideal candidate has a strong content knowledge, a positive attitude, and at least 2 years of experience working with diverse student populations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Valid state teaching certification or the ability and willingness to obtain certification
• Strong content knowledge
• Positive attitude, sense of humor, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get a job done
• At least 2 years of previous successful experience working with diverse student populations
