Job Description
The US Army Garrison Stuttgart Housing Services Office is seeking Housing Office Administrators and Inspectors to assist military personnel and families with housing and referral services. This role involves providing housing inspections, maintaining housing databases, providing transportation to property viewings, and providing move-in/out assistance. The position requires proficiency in English and German and a valid driving license.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of spoken and written English and German.
- Valid driving license.
- Must have base access.
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Highly desirable to be knowledgeable of or familiar with real estate business practices and leasing of housing units in Germany.
