Requirements

• Observes customers and verifies identification for age verification, identifying customers who should not be served additional alcohol and monitoring customers to help prevent open containers from leaving the store.
• Provides continuous attention to customer needs.
• Stores and rotates department products to ensure freshness and date control.
• Replenishes and uses supply articles efficiently to eliminate waste and maintain the lowest possible supply cost.
• Operates department equipment and tools;
• Operates the cash register efficiently, recognizing all forms of promotion and providing correct change when applicable.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safety risk-free work area;
• Reports defective and hazardous equipment to management.
