Job Description
Perform general office duties as a Clinic Administrative Assistant, impacting the lives of patients and their families. Provide administrative support to maintain clinic operations and provide excellent customer care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience without a degree
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Ability to adapt to supporting software applications
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Strong organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
