Job Description
The Principal Supply Chain Analyst role is to provide subject matter expertise and innovation in shaping the direction of the organization's supply chain function, driving transformative change and influencing industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, MIS, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of experience with Master’s degree
- Advanced critical thinking and root cause corrective action mindset to develop solutions and drive strategic initiatives
- Ability to offer unique insight not identified by other analysts in their relevant field
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement those changes while working closely with cross functional stakeholders
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
