Lead Risk Advisor Assistant

Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints, a fast-growing, fully remote company. We help companies grow full-time, cross-functional teams abroad. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our operations team as a remote contractor as a Lead Risk Advisor Assistant.

Requirements

• Strong experience with commercial and business insurance
• Advanced knowledge of insurance terminology, documentation, and workflows
• Hands-on experience with insurance management systems and CRMs
• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts with high service standards
• Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and guide others when needed
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• High learning agility, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
• Proactive and comfortable working closely with Risk Advisors in a senior support capacity
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and going above and beyond for clients
