Requirements
- Strong experience with commercial and business insurance
- Advanced knowledge of insurance terminology, documentation, and workflows
- Hands-on experience with insurance management systems and CRMs
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts with high service standards
- Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and guide others when needed
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- High learning agility, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
- Proactive and comfortable working closely with Risk Advisors in a senior support capacity
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and going above and beyond for clients
