We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist who's ready to take ownership, drive real results, and help shape our marketing from the ground up. The role involves launching, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms, creating compelling ad copy, reporting on performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years' experience in paid media (agency experience is a bonus!)
• A strong understanding of campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and budget management
• Comfort with tools like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Google Analytics
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• A proactive attitude and hunger to learn, grow, and take ownership
