We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead Architect – Workday to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the Workday platform.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workday modules including HCM Core, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Finance, and data modelling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership in strategic Workday initiatives and roadmap development.
- Expertise in Workday security, compliance, and integration (including APIs, middleware, and Workday Studio).
- Experience across the full development lifecycle and in regulated or professional services environments is desirable.
- Workday certifications and knowledge of Extend or Prism Analytics are a plus.
