Head of Quality Assurance & Management (f/m/d)

The Head of Quality Assurance & Management is responsible for product safety, strategic and operational development of quality management, and compliance with legal and customer-specific requirements. The role involves leading two teams, fostering their growth, and creating a motivating work environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional science, or a comparable qualification, several years of leadership experience in quality within the food industry, and in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in quality within the food industry
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., BRCGS & IFS Food)
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience preparing and conducting audits and familiarity with laboratory techniques
• Proficiency in SAP and common IT tools (e.g., MS Office)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
