Requirements
- 3–5+ years of commercial property management experience with progressive responsibility
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams
- Solid understanding of commercial leases, CAM/operating expenses, and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
