Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, working with vendors, prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems.

Requirements

• Oversee other maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Have a complete grasp of on-site maintenance management.
• 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties and at least 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity.
