Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and grounds personnel, oversee maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, working with vendors, prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity
- HVAC certification
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance
- Basic set of tools
- Responsible and reliable attitude
