Job Description
ZUFALL logistics group is seeking a committed commercial employee for a full-time position in land transport customer service. The role involves handling customer concerns, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, monitoring order progress, and processing unloading reports while maintaining tracking and quality management.
Requirements
- Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification.
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle complaints professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Team player.
- Excellent German language skills (written and verbal).
