Property Management Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Property Management Analyst to support our property operations, financial performance, and asset optimization efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or related field
• 0-5 years of experience in property management, real estate analytics, or asset management
• Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, CTEs, and stored procedures)
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, etc.)
