Roofer - Restaurant Facilities

Friendly Franchises is seeking a skilled Roofer to join our Facilities Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with commercial properties.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional roofing experience (commercial experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of low-slope and flat roof systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen)
• Ability to perform roof inspections and leak detection
• Familiar with roof safety equipment and fall protection systems
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required between sites)
• High school diploma or equivalent
