Instructional Assistant

Friendship Public Charter School is seeking dedicated Instruction Assistants for their 2025-2026 school year. The position supports students with individualized instruction, promotes classroom environment, and facilitates collaboration within the teaching team. Blow Pierce Elementary and Middle are recognized for high-performing educational outcomes and a focus on character development.

Requirements

• Experience in the role preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in youth development, child care or a school setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or General Education Development Certificate (GED)
