The ideal candidate will have a university degree in informatics and communications, a minimum of three years of experience in system administration, and excellent internal client orientation skills.

Requirements

• University degree in the field of informatics and communications
• At least three years of experience in a similar role, managing teams and working in system administration
• Master basic office tools and specific technological tools
• Internal client orientation, promoting a close, resolutive, and user-centered relationship
• Collaborative work style, facilitating communication and understanding between areas
• Adaptability to changing environments, managing priorities and maintaining calm in the face of unforeseen events or peaks of demand
