Projektleiter New Product Introduction (m/w/d)

New Product Introduction Project Leader will be responsible for project planning of new products, working in a dedicated team to ensure successful transfer of innovations to series production. The project leader will coordinate the interface between development and operations, plan and implement pre- and first series, and oversee production ramp-up to series release.

Requirements

• Completed technical training with several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a producing (electronic) company
• Fundamental knowledge in project and quality management
• Very good planning and organizational skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, and success-oriented working style
• Interest in new technologies and modern manufacturing processes
• Communicative and confident appearance, paired with team skills and learning ability
• Openness to new challenges, as well as a high degree of self-responsibility, self-organization, and flexibility
• Very good German and English skills
