Job Description
Front Row partners with leading brands to accelerate ecommerce growth. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Team Lead to spearhead innovative B2B marketing strategies, lead a team, build client relationships, and contribute to the success of a global team. The role focuses on B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing tactics.
- Project management & project planning experience.
- Strong understanding of content marketing & B2B marketing.
- People management experience or a desire for growth.
- Down-to-earth personality, curiosity, and a drive to improve.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel & data analysis.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
