Job Description
Frontier Cooperative is hiring a Custom Applicator for their Nehawka, NE location. The position involves operating spraying or dry fertilizer machinery to apply dry or liquid fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides to wheat, beans, and corn fields. The Custom Applicator will also perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprayers and dry spreaders, prepare chemical and fertilizer mixes, and maintain accurate documentation on the service provided.
Requirements
- Knowledge of customer service
- General laborer skills
- Ability to safely operate various equipment
- Math skills and ability to analyze information
- Commercial Chemical Applicator's license and Commercial Driver's License - Class A or B with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
