Product Manager - Platform Engineering

Frontiers is rewriting the rules of scientific publishing and is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of their Engineering Platform into a state-of-the-art Internal Developer Platform based on modern principles and AI-augmented workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or Engineering Leadership
• Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder maps in a large engineering organization
• Deep experience with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in technical environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and modern CI/CD ecosystems (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Professional-level English (spoken and written)
