Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of forklift experience
• HAZMAT training/experience a plus
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Solid troubleshooting and decision-making abilities
• Basic computer proficiency (ERP systems and Microsoft Office a plus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with WMS scanners preferred
