The Solutions Consultant is a pivotal role at Fuel Cycle, responsible for delivering innovative, client-centered solutions to support business growth and enhance client satisfaction. This role combines strategic problem-solving, deep market research expertise, and operational excellence to address client needs effectively.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Research Consulting within a SaaS or insights-tech company
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies (surveys, communities, panels, qualitative insights, etc.)
- Experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as retail, technology, financial services, or healthcare
- Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, data integrations, and visualization tools
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills—comfortable in front of both business and technical audiences
