Senior Solutions Engineer

FuelCell Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join the rapidly growing data center market. The role involves developing and selling advanced fuel cell-based microgrid solutions, assessing customer needs, designing and supporting economic models, and providing innovative integrated solutions. The team focuses on identifying market requirements and value-added solutions for energy storage and distributed generation, integrating with third-party equipment.

Requirements

• BS in engineering (electrical or mechanical preferred)
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in distributed generation, microgrids, or data center facility engineering
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player with a positive outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
