Technical Maintenance Level 2

The Maintenance Technician Level 2 will troubleshoot and repair production equipment safely and timely, working with the Production Management Team to prioritize equipment repairs based on customer demand and SLA. The role involves generating, distributing, and completing work orders, maintaining a safe work environment, and mentoring Maintenance Technician Level 1. The Maintenance Technician Level 2 will also lead projects, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and assist supervision in creating targeted training plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Associates degree/trade certification or 5+ years of relevant Industrial Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools
• Advanced mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and comprehend service manuals and equipment schematics
• Advanced knowledge of computers/networking
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and in a teamwork environment
