BIM Modeller/DrafterHDB exp

We are seeking a BIM Modeller/Drafter with experience in HDB/Condominium project drafting to join our team. As a BIM Modeller/Drafter, you will be responsible for producing shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM models using Revit, and coordinating Revit models throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 1 year of experience as an M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction, and proficiency in BIM/Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year working experience as M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction
• Experience with HDB/Condominium project drafting is an advantage
• Proficient in BIM/Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and models
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling tight deadlines
• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team
• MEP drafter experience is required (Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary)
