General Corporate Lawyer

Hytech is a leading management consulting firm seeking a General Corporate Lawyer to support operations in the Philippines. The role will focus on transactional support and day-to-day corporate and commercial legal work.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant corporate and commercial legal experience
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
• Mandarin Chinese (spoken) is preferred
• Overseas education background is a plus
• Solid legal drafting, review, and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
