Job Description
We're looking for a Lead Engineer, Finance to join our team at Fulfil. As a Lead Engineer, you'll design financial systems, mentor engineers, and drive technical direction while still shipping code. You'll own meaningful problems with direct customer impact, and we offer unlimited PTO, real autonomy over execution, and a focus on high-intensity work with real consequences.
Requirements
- 6-9 years building backend systems at scale
- Experience with fintech, accounting, or financial systems
- Track record of technical leadership
- Deep expertise in Python and PostgreSQL
