Client Account Manager

We are looking for a Client Account Manager with 1-4 years of experience in handling international clients to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Passionate about client service with good soft skills and proper telephone etiquette
• Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with spontaneity
• Ability to approach problems logically and rationally to facilitate clear decision-making
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Willingness to work from the office once a week
• Private workroom with the ambience to handle calls
• Good Internet speed (Above 100 MBPS Download and Upload) with the ability to be wired (LAN)
• Power backup (if you have frequent power cut issues)
