The Relationship Banker is responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm. This role provides customers with a one stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs including account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing.
Requirements
- Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries, scheduling appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby and during transaction processing.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
