Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to work with customers and prospective customers to assist them in identifying and securing a mortgage loan that is appropriate for their individual financial circumstances. This is a full-time, commissioned career opportunity that can be hybrid based out of our Oak Hill Plaza location in King of Prussia, PA.

Requirements

• Develops and expands referral sources in order to solicit first mortgages and develops a continual stream of origination volume
• Maintains regular contact with Realtors in their offices and on site at open house events
• Collects and analyzes applicant’s financial information to assess the financial circumstances to determine whether the applicant and the property qualify for a particular loan
• Recommends the financial products which best meet the customer’s specific needs after advising customer about the risks and benefits of the loan alternatives
• Ensures loan originations are in accordance with regulatory compliance
