Job Description
Join our Customer Experience team as a Fullers360 Ambassador, providing top-notch customer service to our guests and promoting Fullers360 products and services.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on quality
- Assist and support customers to queue, purchase tickets, and provide insights into travelling times and travel destinations
- Promote and offer advice on Fullers360 products, services, and promotions
- Perform cash handling and till transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Perform other administrative duties such as ensuring all stock levels are maintained
