Job Description
We are seeking a Master with 3+ years experience to join our team at Fullers360. As a Master, you will play a vital role in providing safe, efficient, and enjoyable experiences for our passengers. The role involves leading your crew to a high standard, motivating them to work as a team, and providing excellent customer service to passengers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years Master experience on fast ferries or high speed vessels or larger passenger number vessels is essential
- A current New Zealand SRL or Chief Mate certificate, with endorsements for vessels over 24 meters, vessels <500GT, (HSE) high speed endorsement or higher skippers ticket (OR Australian equivalent) (24m, Pax, 500GT, HSE)
- A current New Zealand Marine Engineering MEC5 ticket is highly advantageous
- Must have the right to work in NZ
