Engineering Manager, Core Payments

Fullscript is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Core Payments team. The team is responsible for powering Fullscript's growth through the end-to-end ecommerce experience. The role requires deep technical leadership and people leadership skills, with a focus on reliability, security, and correctness. The successful candidate will be responsible for making critical decisions, collaborating across the engineering org, and owning systems at the heart of the business.

Requirements

• Lead a cross-functional Product Engineering pod responsible for payments
• Collaborate across Fullscript’s engineering org as a technical authority for payments-related decisions
• Own the checkout experience end to end, from cart to confirmation
• Design and maintain integrations with payment processing platforms such as Stripe
• Build and evolve connections to financial systems and fulfillment platforms
• Ensure payment flows are secure, auditable, and highly reliable
• Balance feature delivery with the operational rigor required for revenue-critical systems
