Function Health is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the development and execution of customer- and lead-facing, multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail. The successful candidate will drive existing customers to rebook scans annually while nurturing prospective leads to schedule their first scan.
Requirements
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns from concept to delivery across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail) across Ezra leads and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement in CRM retention strategy by leveraging customer data, running A/B tests, and regular analysis to optimize performance.
- Identify gaps in the customer and lead lifecycle experience, and work cross-functionally to plug them.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and drive measurable improvements based on trends, keeping key stakeholders regularly informed.
- Own and prioritize Ezra’s lifecycle roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and KPIs based on estimated impact and effort.
- Test and iterate on active campaigns to continuously optimize member retention and drive sustained engagement throughout the member lifecycle.
