Compliance Officer & Risk Controller (FR)

fundcraft is seeking a Compliance Officer & Risk Controller to ensure compliance and internal control within their French subsidiary, being built as an AIFM. The role involves monitoring and mitigating financial and operational risks, developing reporting tools, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to policy development. The position is based in Paris and reports to the Country Head France.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in finance, law, audit, or risk management
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance or risk control within an asset management company or financial institution
• Strong knowledge of the AIFM regulatory framework and AMF obligations
• Proficiency in risk monitoring tools and regulatory reporting
• Fluency in English
• Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and team-oriented
