Job Description
We are hiring an AI Strategist to join our team at Further. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or advanced analytics, and 2-3 years of experience in consulting, preferably with clients in regulated industries.
Requirements
- 5+ years in AI, ML, or advanced analytics
- 2-3 years in consulting, preferably with clients in regulated industries
- Hands-on experience leading change management and driving adoption of AI solutions in the enterprise
- A deep understanding of ethical AI principles and a passion for advancing trustworthy AI practices
- Strong ML/AI fundamentals
- Proven executive communication and workshop facilitation skills
